  • Member must present valid credentials to be eligible for discount. Discounts only apply to eligible member.

Taxes and Fees

  • Pricing does not include taxes.
  • 3% fee added for Credit/Debit Card payments. To avoid this fee, you may set up an automatic withdrawal from your bank account.  

Reoccurring payments will be deducted monthly on the date of purchase.
